Hello, my name is Bruce Strunk. I'm happy to be an Iowa farm boy. After a rewarding 23 year career as a fisheries biologist-fish hatchery manager at Fairport Fish Hatchery for the Iowa DNR, I've come back to my small family farm at Farmington.

All Basher lures are hand made by myself in my shop. The only imported items used are the Mustad hooks. This web site will show you how to use Basher lure designs effectively. A lure is only as good as its presentation.

You will also note my prices are low. Basher Lures will not accept credit cards. This cuts my operation costs considerably, and I can pass the savings on to you. I'll only accept money orders, personal checks or certified checks. Orders received with M.O.s or certified checks will be sent out inside of a week. Orders received with personal checks that have to clear the bank will be held 2 weeks to assure the check is good.

All orders are sent 1st class mail with a delivery confirmation so I have no doubt the merchandise was delivered to your address. When you look at the rip-off shipping rates of a lot of other sellers, Basher Lures is tough to beat.

There is NO minimum order. If you want to try just one or two lures, I'll send 'em.

Lures are sent bare bones with no fancy printed packs or bar codes you have to pay for. All you get is quality lures.
